Frequently Asked Questions

  • DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
    We offer Delivery and Installation Nationwide. Delivery and Installation fees will be shown at point of sale or discussed when going through the consultation process. All delivery dates will either be discussed during consultation stage, as all of our buildings are bespoke, each structure can vary. Or if ordering online the delivery date will be sent via email. As a rule of thumb we do aim for 4 weeks from date of confirmation of order but larger structures may take a little longer. If any delivery/installation date offered is not suitable please get in contact as soon as possible to reschedule.
  • HOW DO I ORDER?
    When looking to place an order, there are two options to choose from. - You can fill out the enquiry form with as much detail as possible (but don't worry if you're unsure) and we will get in touch to start the consultation process. Or - You can select the items online that you wish to include in your building and simply place the order online. (However, if there are any extras you would like and not showing online, please get in contact to allow to arrange this for you)
  • WHAT IS THE CONSULTATION PROCESS?
    The consultation process is to help us get a feel of what you want, so we can put together a tailor made quote based on your requirements. For example, a few things we will discuss: - The type of structure you want - The size of the structure - What shape and colour/finish - How you plan to use it - What is currently there (i.e. bases or old building) We feel it's an important process for both parties to go through as none of our structures are 'off the shelf' and not only does it allow you to incorporate a specific feature you may want but allows us to advise a 'best fit' solution.
  • ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY
    It is important that you let us know what type of access is available at your property. For example, If there are height restrictions, narrow paths or sharp corners, we may have to alter how we manufacture your building.
  • DO I NEED A BASE?
    In short, Yes. It is important to have a solid and level base for your structure to sit on. However, which type of base is most suitable will depend on the type of structure you want. This will be discussed during your consultation.
  • CAN YOU PROVIDE A BASE?
    We can offer a full base service and install a base that is suitable for your structure, whether it is a concrete pad, decking or ground screws.
  • WHAT IF I NEED ELECTRIC AND WATER?
    If your structure is one that requires utilities, which will be determined during consultation, then all first and second fix work will be carried out by us in accordance to BS 7671 and BS 6700:2006. We do not offer to run services to your structure from your main consumer unit.
  • I HAVE AN OLD BUILDING IN THE WAY
    If you have an existing building, we can offer a take down service at an additional cost and will dispose of the materials in a suitable skip that you must provide. We do not take old materials away with us.
  • DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU INSTALL?
    It is not necessary for you to be at home while we install your new building, all we ask that is that access is left available with any gates unlocked or codes given to us.
