Delivery and Installation
We aim to have your new building ready to be installed within 4 weeks from the order being confirmed. However, this is subject to change based on the type and size of building. Some structures can be with you in as little as a week! On the down side larger structures may take us a little longer. All delivery and Installation schedules will be arranged so you know exactly when its coming.
When delivering your new structure we will need you to provide us with information regarding access to your property or site as this can change how we manufacture your structure if there are restrictions relating to access. If the information provided is inaccurate this can lead to delays in installation and potentially additional charges if alterations are needed to be made to your structure.

Payment Policy
Due to the size and cost of our structures and that all of our structures are bespoke we require a minimum 50% deposit to confirm your booking, if you would like to use this feature you will need to contact us directly. We offer a 48 hour cooling off period that commences on receipt of deposit. Thereafter, the deposit becomes non-refundable at our discretion. We will always use our discretion in the fairest way for all parties involved. Any outstanding balance will be requested 14 days prior to the agreed delivery/installation date and the balance must be paid in full by the 7th day prior to delivery/installation date. Any late payment may cause delays and a rescheduled delivery/installation date provided. If the delivery/installation date needs to be rescheduled due to late payment, the original 'balance due date' still applies and failure to bring the balance to satisfied can cause further delays in rescheduling.

Safety
We strictly operate a zero tolerance on violence or abuse to any of our staff. Any abusive behaviour can result in cancellation of delivering and/or installing your order and you will still be liable for any outstanding balance.
Unexpected Delays
With the nature of the industry there is potential for unexpected delays to occur that are out of our control, this could range from, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or staff sickness. We will notify you as soon as possible if it is necessary to reschedule your delivery or installation.
